Yes, I rented a Gilded Age Mansion in Pine Plains for 2 nights. 😱 It's ~2 hr drive from NYC, ~3 hr drive from Boston. We check-in on Fri (Halloween), and depart on Sunday @ noon.

The house is FULL of immaculately preserved antique furniture & details, and there just happens to be an old cemetery adjacent to the property. 👀 The area also has great antique shops & nature hikes to explore.

I photographed a wedding for an antique dealer who rented this house out for her wedding (when I took all these photos!), and I knew I needed to come back and host my own gathering here. When I checked back in the spring, and saw it was still available for Halloween, I swooped in!
