Meditative Plant Walk

  • Central Park Grand Army Plaza New York, New York, 10019 United States (map)

Join Kim of @moonstoneandmulberry, Lillian of @visualizingherbalism & Bailey of @woo_woo_crew for a meditative plant walk 🍂😌 in Central Park this Indigenous People’s Day - Monday 10/13. Slow down, connect to nature, and learn about your plant neighbors.

Herbalists Kim (she/her) & Lillian (she/her) believe plant medicine is our birthright as humans, and education is at the core of their work. As we walk through Central Park, they’ll teach us about native & invasive plants in the park, and their medicinal & culinary uses. You’ll leave with tons of knowledge of local plants, and how to incorporate them into your life!

Bailey (she/they) is an artist, naturalist, and certified yoga teacher. They will guide us through a walking meditation to connect to our bodies & the land, encouraging curiosity, awe, and joy in the mysteries of nature- reminding us of the interconnection of all beings. They will close the event with a group stretching session- no yoga mat required!

In an effort to lift up indigenous communities everywhere, all proceeds will go to @gazasoupkitchen feeding Palestinian families in Gaza. 🍉💸

$30-50 sliding scale. Limited tix available HERE.
