Bailey’s Recommended Wedding Vendors
Having been in the wedding industry for 10 years now, I’ve met and collaborated with lot of wedding vendors in the process. In an effort to make your vendor search easier, and in order to lift up other small businesses I love, I’ve highlighted my favorite wedding vendors (aka “friendors”) in this exhaustive list. I have no business agreement with these individuals, just support and love.
You’ll find high-quality vendors many of whom are queer-affirming, eco-friendly, BIPOC or woman-owned and bring the upmost attention to detail to your dream wedding!

Let’s get to know each other more! I can't wait to meet you and hear all about your love story
withMavens Events
After years of planning events, I noticed the more that an industry professional was deemed an “expert” with regard to their hard skills, the less they seemed to value the expertise of lived experience, whether that be with their clients, their vendor teams, or even their own teams. “Upscale” became synonymous with “homogenous & exclusive”; there was a clear devaluing of the ways professionals with marginalized identities could bring a unique perspective to their client’s special day. Similarly, I noticed clients with marginalized identities were given cookie-cutter experiences that often missed the opportunity for their day to be as unique as they are.
I founded withMavens Events to shake up the wedding & events industry. I envision a world where event “expertise” goes beyond teachable skills & includes the ways lived experience influences how we approach our craft. No two relationships have the same love story, so why should they receive a one-size-fits-all approach to planning their big day?
Hurry Up & Have Fun
Former colleagues turned friends, Brittany and Molly will bring their fun, approachable process and personalities to meet your unique needs and create a one-of-a-kind event to celebrate you. We hope to work with people who prioritize the details that matter to them rather than focusing on the shoulds and shouldn’ts. We’re here to minimize the stress, guide you through it and make sure you come out feeling good about the decisions you’ve made.
Jove Meyer
Jove Meyer is a true visionary of joy. For the spaces we call home and the ones that house life’s biggest moments, he crafts a vivid, colorful world inspired by his clients who dare to be different. Meyer set out to build a global design firm antithetical to his conservative and rigid upbringing by encouraging authenticity, celebrating diversity, and empowering marginalized communities. As a result, his work has been featured in Domino, Good Morning America, The Magnolia Network, The New York Times, Rachael Ray Magazine, and Vogue, and Harper’s Bazaar and Martha Stewart named him one of the top wedding planners in the world.
Together Events
“At the core of our work is a desire to create a greater good in the world through celebrations and our everyday actions. For us, this means prioritizing clients & vendors whose espoused values and real practices align with our vision for an equitable and inclusive future for all.”
Little Sister Creative
Whether it be a design focused on monochromatic yellow flowers, embroidered linens with inside jokes, hand-sourced vases, dramatic custom draping, modern chandeliers, LSC is here, armed and ready, to make it happen.
