I have always been the go-to person for weddings and events among my family and friends. In 2004, I decided to combine my passion and expertise for impeccable event planning. Thus, Events by Sheavonne was established.

My clients value my flawless style, meticulous attention to detail, and relentless work ethic. I am supported by an exceptional team that any planner would envy. I have curated a network of top-notch vendors and have experience with some of the most distinctive venues. The paramount goal of Events by Sheavonne is to ensure our couples experience an event brimming with love, laughter, and unwavering support.

From that very first wedding, I knew I had found my calling. What began as a curiosity quickly turned into a passion and a profession I love deeply. Since then, I’ve planned over 100  weddings and events across New York, New Jersey  and beyond.  With every event, I bring a mix of creativity, attention to detail, and the determination to turn even the most ambitious ideas into beautifully executed celebrations. Dear September Events emerged from a desire to help people find joy and connection in the midst of chaos and uncertainty. When the pandemic paused her career as a Broadway actress for an unprecedented 18 months, our creative force and visionary, DeAnne, who was also a 2020 bride, embraced the chance to channel her artistry in a different way.

For designer Amsale (Ahm-sah’-leh) Aberra, it all started with a single wedding dress: her own. LaParis Phillips is the owner and principal designer of Brooklyn Blooms, a boutique flower shop based in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, known for its creative and fashion-forward floral arrangements. Founded in 2017, she transitioned from a background in fashion to create unique, sustainable, and vibrant botanical designs, expanding to multiple locations.

Originally from Missouri, LaParis moved to New York for fashion but found her niche in floristry, combining the two by treating floral design as art. Known for using unusual flowers, vibrant colors, and unique textures, her designs often feature "spicy" and artistic, unconventional styles.

Honey+Vinyl is a Brooklyn-based boutique music agency and multi-piece band founded by Sonic Sommelier Keanna O'Quinn, specializing in highly curated, live music experiences for NYC events. They offer a unique blend of jazz, soul, R&B, and pop, designed to create soundscapes for events.

The band provides custom music experiences for weddings, special events, and high-end collaborations while specializing in creating a "soundtrack" to the event's story. Keanna believes strongly in

using the science of sound to align music with the atmosphere, ensuring a curated experience.
